Founded by Ashley Swain — the first Indigenous woman to establish a national fuel supply company — Swain Supply Co represents more than commercial excellence; it reflects a movement toward fairness, transparency, and inclusion in industries where Indigenous capability has historically been overlooked.
Drawing on years of experience delivering services across infrastructure, defence, mining, council, and corporate sectors, Ashley witnessed the challenges that arise when Indigenous participation is treated as a checkbox rather than a partnership. Those experiences shaped her determination to redefine engagement — creating a model where due diligence, integrity, and cultural truth are embedded at every stage of procurement.
